Like the recent best projector posts I wanted to give you some more details on the various projectors and there respected brands for the 2nd best projector post. So I’m posting what the manufactures themselves had to say about there own products plus the amazon ratings that were not posted on the first one.

I went to every companies website that was on the list. Some sites provided more information than others, but there is information on all the projectors except the Toshiba ET-20. This will add 15 more to a growing list of the best projetors. Now these should be your best options when looking for your own personal home theater projector.

Like the last one I’m also going to paste everything you just read on every one of the 2nd best projector post. In case people skip around and don’t know what I was trying to do. Remember that prices may change over time. So that covers it enjoy.

Mitsubishi HC1500

4 1/2 out of 5 stars, 4 reviews, Was:$1,495,00 Now:$868,00

By Samir (Virginia Beach, VA)

The HC1500 is a very nice projector, especially for the price. I upgraded from an InFocus Screenplay DLP Front Projector - SP4805. By comparison, the HC1500 is much brighter, quieter, and more crisp. It also fit my existing ceiling mount, which was very convenient.

From:www.mitsubishi.com

The HC1500 DLP® projector is a high definition 720P home theater projector that offers Mitsubishi HD projector technologies at an affordable price. You’ll see true HD images with 1600 ANSI lumens, 2500:1 contrast, native 720P format display, and quiet operation. It’s a very affordable way to turn your home theater room into a virtual stadium, cinema, or studio.

BrilliantColor™ Technology Boost Mid Tones for Truer Color
The HC1500 home theater projector brings you more realistic and lifelike images with Texas Instruments BrilliantColor and a seven segment color wheel. BrilliantColor technology utilizes a color-processing algorithm and system level enhancements to enable higher brightness while providing truer and more vibrant colors. The technology enables a greater brightness increase in mid-tone images in HD projection.

All You Want in Set Up and Performance
From source to screen, we make sure you get a pure connection with a choice of HDMI or component cable connectors and true 10-bit processing. The 720p HDTV format brings you 720 lines of vertical resolution transmitted at one time, as opposed to interlaced formats, so your HD projector can produce more clarity for fast motion events such as sports. Mount it on a wall or place it on a table, then square the picture with digital keystone correction if needed.

Installation Flexibility and Low Cost of Ownership
The HC1500 DLP projector operates at a hushed 25dBA (low mode) noise level so you can sit back and enjoy your movies, sports, and TV without any distracting fan noise. For flexible installation options this HD projector weighs only 6.5 lbs and includes both vertical and horizontal digital keystone correction. It also includes an RS-232 connection for remote projector control with a long 3000 hours (low mode) lamp life and it’s backed by a 1-years parts and labor warranty.

We had a Sanyo Z2 projector for three years and were getting close to the realization that technology had moved along quite a bit since our purchase. In the world of Sanyo, they had gone from the Z2 to the Z3, Z4 and most recently the Z5. Some of the performance changes were more incremental than revolutionary, but it was hard to argue that the picture quality difference between the Z2 and Z5 was anything other than significant.

I’ve owned a Z4 for about a year now and am still blown away by it. How can you not love a crystal clear 9’ across picture? I have about 700 hours on the original bulb and it’s still going strong. Here’s some things you’ll want to consider before buying a front projector, though:

Light , shadow , and brightness and darkness.
Patterns formaed by sunlight and shade… The eye-catching contrast produced by backlighting…
The interplay of light and dark creates images that seem real enough to lift off the screen. In the movies we watch, the clever maniqulation of highlights and shadows can create enormous emotional power. That’s the kind of power you get with the Z series.

At first I was a little skeptic about what i was getting for my buck. After seeing this little thing in action, WOW! The picture can be adjusted from about 32” view upto 144”!!! YES 144” that’s 12 FEET! OF course the more you stretch it out the less crisp for the quality of the picture. The best median for me was around 83, which is the suggested projection size.
